Every Friday of Lent, beginning on February 23 at 7:30 PM we will have the recitation of the Stations of the Cross. Families and individuals are encouraged to come and participate in this beautiful devotional to our Lord.
Confessions will be offered on Saturdays from 3:30 PM until 4:30 PM and again from 7:30 PM until 8:00 PM. During the 40 Hours Devotion, confessions will be offered after the Holy Hours each evening from Sunday, March 25 through Tuesday, March 27. In addition, confessions will be offered on Wednesday, April 4, Thursday, April 5 and Friday, April 6 starting at 7:30 PM. On Holy Saturday, confession will only be heard from 10:00 AM until 12 Noon. There will be no confessions Saturday afternoon or evening.
This is a devotional where, beginning at 5:00 PM on Sunday, March 25, there will be a Holy Hour with music, prayer and spiritual reflection by a visiting priest followed by confessions. Eucharistic Adoration will continue for 40 hours, interrupted only by the celebration of daily Masses. On Monday night, March 26, there will be a Holy Hour with music, prayer and a spiritual reflection by a visiting priest followed by confessions. On Tuesday, March 27, there will be Adoration all day, interrupted by the daily Masses, and the 40 Hours will end at the conclusion of the Tuesday evening Holy Hour at 7:30 PM.
Beginning Wednesday, February 28 and continuing through March 21, we will have visiting priests give a series of Lenten reflections during the homily at Mass on Wednesday evenings at 7:30 PM. The homily will be about 25 to 30 minutes in length. The last reflection will be on Wednesday, March 21 at 7:30 PM. The Lenten series will end with a 40 Hours Devotion.
